Why Do I Need A Timber Pest Inspection?

A timber pest inspection is a report that covers damage caused to properties from termites, borers and fungal decay. In the event termite damage is found we can use the latest in technology to ascertain if there is any movement in the damaged area.

The moisture sensor can show high moisture readings which can lead to fungal decay/wood rot and this can attract termites which are drawn to the smell of rotting timber.

A timber pest building inspection does not comment on ants, spiders, cockroaches or any other general pest, only pests that can cause damage to property.
